1969년 발매된 롤링 스톤스의 노래. 앨범에 수록되지 않고 싱글로만 발매되었다. 믹 재거와 키스 리처즈가 브라질에 휴가를 보내던 때 작곡한 노래다. 브라이언 존스의 죽음 이후 나온 스톤스의 첫 싱글이며, 후임 기타리스트 믹 테일러의 첫 참여작이다. 1969년 싱글로 발매되었다. 미국 빌보드 차트와 영국 UK차트에서 모두 1위를 했다. 제목인 Honky-Tonk Women은 싸구려 카바레에서 일하는 매춘부들을 말한다.

롤링 스톤스 최고 성공 노래들 중 하나로 1969년 연말차트 4위를 차지했다.

록 사운드인 싱글과 달리 가사가 수정되고 컨트리 스타일로 녹음되어 Let It Bleed 앨범에 수록되었다. 키스 리처즈는 이 곡이 원래 곡을 썼을 때의 초기 버전이라고 말했지만 싱글 버전 이후에 녹음된 것이라는 의견도 있다.
